Lately, I have started to observe the decisions made by business people regarding how and why they do it.
Coming from a middle-class family background, there are certain restrictions which come mentally to me because of the culture and background. Thinking a lot about the pricing, and then trying to get the same stuff at low price is something that was always there,
That’s what everyone try to look for. Maybe, that’s not a bad thing.
I guess, it it not a bad thing at all.
But the thing is.
It brings one thing together with it – LIMIT.
Both, mentally and in currency as well.
You set a price that you can get that thing for. and with that you also limit the thing of value of that thing as well.
This is how we normally think – This thing is really good. Looks good. Condition is good. But after all it is selling on the streets and no in the mall. and also these does not have any brand. It does not have those features of doing X with this.
So, I can pay 1,000 INR for this.
NOW, you expect the things from that product/service that will say, yeah it got me for that price and it should be okay with that.
Then comes the thinking of, it was worth it for 1,000/- OR sometimes, it is bad, but it’s okay what can we expect from the 1,000/- thing.
So, the limitations that you set will always limit you in thinking the otherwise as well. You won’t expect that 1,000/- thing to do your work of 1,000,000 or even 100,000,000 worth of work.
Maybe I am going too far. But, am I?

In the real world, there are things which are FREE and yet has the potential to give billions in return.
Especially the ENERGY!
Anyways – let’s come to the point again.
Entrepreneurs do not set a SPECIFIC price for anything and should not set it as well. They might buy the costliest thing free of cost or cheaper or even the trash at billions.
It’s the VALUE that matters.
Entrepreneurs learn to identify the value of that thing and not the price. Price is one of the things, along with it you get the connection, relationship, information, service, respect, understanding, experience, journey, maybe joy as well. and a lot of other things as well.
That’s what they try to understand and make te purchases based on that.
Bcz you cannot judge the employees based on the salaries that they get. You cannot. You see the VALUE that they bring and not just the work done.
That’s why you BET.
You bet on the people who will help you get more work VALUE.
